Hi, this is Olivia. My background is in international relations, journalism and accounting. My first full time job ever was anchoring the news for a TV channel in Hanoi, Vietnam. I left for Europe (the Netherlands and Sweden) to pursue higher education in Fall 2009, and the thought that I would come back and work in the same industry has never been realized. I went on another international expedition by moving to the States in Spring 2012 and have been working and living in Bay Area ever since.

What is this blog about? You ask. This is a blog about anything random in my life. It could be my cooking and baking experiments (yes, I was trying to make sugar-free macarons where 80% of the ingredients are powered sugar!), my climbing adventures, other active activities, learning languages or my entrepreneurial dreams.
